What's included?
Rates include all linens, towels, blankets, and other basics such as shampoo, condititioner, body wash and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully self-contained and includes biodegradable delicious coffee pods, organic tea (black, green, herbal & chai), sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, rice bran oil, aluminium foil, baking paper, cling wrap.
Every apartment has a reverse-cycle air condition, free Wifi and phone reception, TV (with Netflix & Disney provided) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetop, fridge & freezer. We also offer free washing sheets for the washing machine and a dryer in our outside laundry hut.
We offer unlimited free entry to our animal petting zoo at any time of the stay and give a lot of recommendations about the region. The property has an indoor and outdoor playground and heaps of opportunities to enjoy nature. Sometimes our kids play together which gives parents absolute time to relax.
Farm View Cottage
Our cottage is a free standing building which also provides a barbeque and a day bed outside.
The views are beautiful with kangaroos & sheep often grazing close by. We are located only a seven minute drive from Margaret River, and its most popular beaches Gracetown and Prevelly. Wineries & breweries are close by, too.
Farm View Villa
Our villa is a little bit cheaper because the apartment is attached to our family home. You still have full privacy and separate parking & entrance, but you might hear our children sometimes.
The scenery is stunning with sheep and kangaroos often grazing close by. We are only a seven minute drive to Margaret River town and its best beaches Gracetown and Prevelly.
