Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience.

Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for a frozen yoghurt or free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided. All amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing liquid, dishliquid, toilet paper etc. are included.

Guest access

The entire house is for your use, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and patio. There is an outside laundry hut that you can use free of charge which is shared with the host.

The cottage is on a four hectare block in midst of farm land which also has the owner's house and Scoops Farm on it. Scoops Farm is an ice creamery and animal farm which operates from 10 to 5 every day. You can hear a rooster crow and birds roaming around for a real farm experience. Entry to Scoops Farm is free for our guests.
