About this space

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children if you are super quiet. Please don't book this if you are very noise sensitive. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-)

Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

The space

The villa is a two bedroom, one bathroom newly renovated apartment. It has its separate entrance with full privacy but is attached to our family home. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom can either have two long single beds or one King bed. There is enough parking, great views and a lot of flora and fauna around. We have chickens, guinea fowls, and ducks that might walk past the villa and many farm animals to pet and feed at our business Scoops Farm which is a 50m walk. Entry fee is free for our guests. We also sell delicious frozen yoghurt there and have plenty of play areas to use and space to kick a ball or simply relax.

Guest access

The entire villa is for your use, the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and patio. There is an outside laundry hut that you can use free of charge (including the laundry liquid) which is shared with the host.
